Returns on Full Priced Items 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

We offer refunds, but do not exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Ballet flats are not eligible for return if the elastics have been tightened.  Please ensure you are happy with your new shoes before tightening the elastics.

Returning Online

To complete your return, please follow the return instructions included with your order.  

Please contact us if you need assistance, don’t forget to include your order number.

Returning In Store (New Zealand Only)

You can take your return to our store located at 387 Colombo St, Sydenham, Christchurch.

Your return will be refunded. If you require an alternative product this can be purchased instore.

Sale Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale/clearance items, please choose carefully as they are final sale. 
 
Full priced items purchased using a promotional discount are eligible for return.

Faulty items that are on sale/clearance, will be repaired or replaced entirely at our expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of your refund being approved, please contact us at: pw@pwdancewear.co.nz

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  If you require a different size or colour, please return for a refund and re buy the required items.

Faulty Items 

We believe in the quality of our range and guarantee any product for manufacturing fault – if this should occur, the item will be immediately repaired or replaced entirely at our expense.

Shipping within New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand on orders over $79 is Free. 

A flat rate of $9 applies to any orders under the value of $79.  

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We do not ship outside of mainland New Zealand.  

We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.  

Rural delivery may be an additional 2 days.

You will receive tracking notification from Aramex once your order is dispatched.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, or public holidays.

Shipping to Australia

We ship all orders from our New Zealand warehouse 

A flat rate of $24.99AUD applies to any order excluding Tutus, Tutu Bags and Rosin. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a Tutu or Tutu Bag pw@pwdancewear.co.nz

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We do not ship outside of mainland Australia.  

You will receive tracking notification from Aramex once your order is dispatched.

Pricing does not include overseas duties, taxes or any other customs or import charges. PW holds no responsibility for any charges you may incur when importing.

International delivery time frames can vary depending on State – Please allow up to 14 days

Rural delivery may be an additional 2 days.

All international orders are exempt from NZ taxes, however, they may incur taxes, duties, customs fees or additional charges at the destination country.

Any duty, taxes, customs fees or charges incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If you return to sender to avoid paying import fees you will only be refunded for the goods purchased, freight charges will not be refunded

Return Shipping

All online returns need to be sent back to our New Zealand Warehouse

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, and are not liable if it is lost or damaged in transit.
